Cancellations
Payment should be made 48 hrs before the session
Sessions which are not paid in advance shall be cancelled 48 hours before the session
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the full amount will be charged for missed sessions
Sessions cannot occur if the client/s are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription medication or substances
Sessions conducted online must be in a quiet, confidential environment
By making a counselling appointment with The Therapy Space, you are confirming you agree to the terms of the Counselling Contract.
